START! Unagi Travel is quite literally, a travel agency for stuffed toys and Unagi Travel takes snapshots of the animals sightseeing Shibuya are these two Curious characters: Unasha the 'eel' (Unagi Travel's tour guide) and Norurun (Tokyu line's mascot character).
Today, they're taking you sightseeing, shopping and bar-hopping....

ウナギトラベルは、ぬいぐるみのための旅行会社。自分のぬいぐるみをウナギトラベルに送ると、日本中を観光して写真を撮ってくれるんです。
こちらの好奇心いっぱいの2匹のぬいぐるみは、ウナーシャ（ウナギトラベルのツアーガイドのウナギ）とのるるん（東急線のキャラクター）。
本日はこの2匹が、観光からショッピング、飲み歩きまで、様々な渋谷をご案内します。

Our walk through Shibuya begins just outside the station at the statue of Hachiko, the loyal dog who has become a Shibuya icon. This is a pretty standard meeting place for friends, which is fitting since, as the story goes, Hachiko waited patiently in this spot for his owner’s return from work every day – even long after his owner passed on.

お待たせ〜！今日の渋谷歩きは、渋谷のシンボル「忠犬ハチ公像」からスタート。待ち合わせ場所の定番だね。ハチ公は、飼い主の帰りを渋谷駅前で約9年間、待ち続けたんだって？仲が良かったんだね。私達も渋谷歩きを通して仲良くなれたらいいな！さぁ、行きましょう！

Make way, make way, mascots coming through. Shibuya’s world-famous scramble crossing has appeared in several movie scenes and is a popular tourist snapshot location. After experiencing the crossing craziness, you can also snap some amazing pictures of the crossing from inside Shibuya Station and nearby cafés and hotel restaurants.

し、失礼します。失礼します。小さい電車とウナギが通ります。ここは世界的にも注目をされているスクランブル交差点だね。映画のシーンにも登場をしたり、撮影スポットとしても大人気。実際に歩いてみたり、渋谷駅構内、カフェ、ホテルのレストランからも素敵な写真が撮れるみたいよ。

How about a Shinto shrine next? Konno Hachimangu is just five minutes from Shibuya Station. Founded in 1092, it’s on the same grounds as ruins of Shibuya Castle, including the castle fort. The main building is fascinating as it’s the oldest wooden building in Shibuya.

次は神社？渋谷駅から徒歩5分の所にあるんだよ。1092年に創建。渋谷城の跡地でもあり、現在も境内に渋谷城砦の石が保存されているんだって。御社殿は渋谷区内最古の木造建築に二人もうっとり。

Huh? This is what Shibuya will look like in 2027? Shibuya is currently undergoing large-scale renovations, scheduled for completion in 2027. This 1:500 scale model of the expected results can be viewed on the 11th floor of Shibuya Hikarie.

え！これが2027年の渋谷？今2027年に向けて大規模な再開発が行われているんだよ。渋谷ヒカリエ11階に1/500スケールの大型模型で未来を疑似体験できるのは楽しいね。ここからは、スクランブル交差点や再開発中の渋谷駅も一望できるんだね。

Japanese purikura (print club) is a great way to create a fun memory of your holiday. After taking photos with the machine, you can experiment with funny effects like making your eyes bigger or add interesting decorations.

旅の思い出に日本のプリクラを体験するのも楽しいよね！目を大きくしたり、デコレーションしたり、撮った後にも自分流に加工ができるんだよ。

It’s lunchtime, so this is a good time to visit Shibuya Parco for a Pikachu hamburger. The Guest café & diner on the 7th floor regularly creates dishes based on different characters. お腹が空いたので渋谷PARCOでお昼休憩。ピカチュウのハンバーグ？食べるのが勿体ないね！7階にあるTHE GUEST cafe & dinerでは、コンテンツやキャラクターとコラボをしたカフェが展開。ちょうどポケモンとのコラボレーションカフェが期間限定で開催。スケジュールはウェブサイトで確認をしてね。

Time for a bit of souvenir shopping, we think. Tokyu Hands is the perfect place for this, offering items like stationery, accessories, lunch boxes, kitchen knives and kitchen goods, which are all popular among tourists looking for gifts or items unique to Japan – and which are useful at the same time. They probably don’t make face masks for stuffed toys though, hey?

お土産も買いたい？外国人にも人気があるのが東急ハンズ。日本のお土産として日常的に使える文具、雑貨、お弁当箱、包丁、キッチングッズが人気なんだって！すぐに使えるのがいいね。フェイスマスクもぬいぐるみサイズのものがないかなぁ。。

First built in 1995 and fully renovated and reopened in 2012, Tower Records in Shibuya is the largest retail music store in the world. Wow! You could spend way more than one hour here, but we’ve got places to go, things to see...

ここはタワーレコードの渋谷店。1995年にできて2012年に全面リニューアルオープン。なんと世界最大規模の売り場面積を誇るんだって！すごい。一日中いられるね！

This is one for the fashionistas. With multiple floors of trendsetting fashion and plenty of regular in-store events, this store is perpetually crowded. No doubt you’ll pick up a few interesting gifts here too.

ここが女の子に大人気のファッションビル「SHIBUYA 109」。今まで渋谷の流行を発信してきた女の子の聖地だよね。店頭でイベントもやっていたりいつも賑わっているね。初売りが毎年大人気みたいだけど、最近外国人の観光客にも人気があるみたいだよ。おもしろいお土産になるかもね！

Is this really Shibuya? This narrow street full of restaurants was established in 1950 and the atmosphere hasn’t changed much since. It feels a little like you’re caught in a time warp. The alley is lined with 40 different restaurants offering foods like yakiniku (grilled meat), oden and home-cooked meals. Drinking sake and eating local dishes while experiencing old-school Japan makes for the perfect ending to your day in Shibuya.

あれ、ここはどこ？本当に渋谷？ここは「のんべい横丁」といって1950年に作られた飲食店街なんだよ。焼き鳥、おでん、家庭料理など40軒もの店が並んでいるんだ。タイムスリップをしたみたいだね。渋谷の真ん中で昔の日本を感じながらちょっと食事をするのもいい思い出になるね！
