The theme exhibition “Hamadajima V”, created by Art Director Teruhisa Tajima, on the theme of musician Minato Hamada, started at Shibuya Hikarie 9th floor Hikarie Hall Hall A from December 21, 2017 (Thu).

This exhibition that began at Yokohama · Red Brick Warehouse in 2009 continued with Osaka (May 2010), Nagoya (December 2014), Fukuoka (March 2015), this is the 5th time to hold the Tokyo Final . Mr. Teruhisa Tajima, the art director who works on the work, was involved in the visual expression of almost all works such as photographs and images since he was in charge of designing with Shogo Hamada and the album "HOME BOUND" (1980), and in 1995 Hamada's photograph collection "ROAD OUT" has been published and has continued to support Mr. Hamada's work for 37 years. The naming of the exhibition is "Hamada Island / THE HAMADA ISLAND" by combining the last names of Hamada and Tajima, as if from the desire to make the content full of symbolic and entertainment like Disneyland.

In this exhibition, which will be the culmination of the past four times, art, entertainment, digital and analog, from the huge photographs exceeding life size to jackets of masterpieces of the past, digital art, photos, oil paintings, images to three-dimensional models More than 150 works by fusion will be exhibited.
In the installation of a plane work, it displays a work of magnificent scenery spreading throughout North America, Iceland, New Zealand etc. with scale feeling of several meters. Works utilizing state-of-the-art digital art such as incorporating in LED-variable devices will be exhibited. On the other hand, you can not miss the point that you are sticking to nostalgic expression, such as exhibiting photos themselves without any hands on photos taken in the analog age.

そのほか、「THE HAMADA ISLAND」を1/50スケール模型にしたジオラマの展示や、今まで商品化されていない田島さん制作のミュージックビデオ、ライブ用のステージ映像などムービーワークの上映。さらに野球場を模したスペースでは、来場者がスタンド席に座りながら巨大スクリーンに投写される「BASEBALL KID'S ROCK」の映像を鑑賞できるなど、趣向を凝らした様々な表現手段で、浜田さんの魅力を十二分に体感できる。
