Autumn's "Aoyama Bread Festival", selected favorite bakeries gather

The event "12th Aoyama bakery festival" that selected popular bakery gathers will be held in Aoyama · United Nations University courtyard on 14th October (Sat) and 15th (Sun) in 2017.

This event started in November 2013. The theme of "the CRAFT BAKERIES - our favorite bakery -" this time as we welcome the 12th time, how the baker's bread you usually buy will be born in the hands of craftsmen, "making Hands "are close together so that the process and feelings until the bread reaches the dining table become an event that makes the bread come to the table. Over 70 stores will be gathered, centering on popular bakeries, as well as drinks that match bread such as wine, craft beer, drip coffee and lemonade.
In addition to selling popular bread, "Fermentation University" is open for 2 days only at the venue. Paradise Alley's Mr. Junpei Katsumi, 15th (Sunday) morning Munakata Honorary Morio Muneako, afternoon Mr. Taro Hoshino of the field Kowopan Taroya will be invited as a lecturer and fermentation from selection of materials Until I can learn the depth and fun of making bread. Besides that, the Asakusa long-established bakery "Pelican" talk event will be held from 13:00 on Saturday. 併せて14日（土）のイベント終了後、Farmer’s Market Community Lounge（国連大学中庭）で「発酵」をテーマとしたフォーラム型のアフターパーティーが行われる。本場フランスCF&R 社のブリーチーズ「ル・ルスティックブリー」をはじめ、Meat&bakery TAVERNの料理、宗像堂、Paradise Alley のパン、寺田本家の日本酒などをそろえたご馳走を食べながら、人気のパン屋さん、日本酒の蔵元さんによる発酵にまつわるトークショーなどが楽しめる。参加費4000円、ウェブでチケット販売中。
