It is Yamamoto that only depressed events are striking, rather than having a good thing, even though one month of the peak of life is about to pass. Huh. And Ebisu Madam had taken me to lunch as if it would encourage me who was lying more than usual. I went to "Brasserie on Hoa". Hmm? Even though it is a brasserie on and ho? Coined words of French and Vietnamese? And this shop I did not know for a moment what shop. As a result of research, the concept is "French couple who moved to Vietnam twenty years ago refurbished their home and opened a natural wine brasserie". I see. When so told, it is convincing to the red-colored bar counter and the inside of a pure white private-style French style shop with antique furniture. And it is so cute! Thankfully I was able to spend lunch time relaxing because the seating space was relaxed.
For lunch only 1000 yen of main only, 2 prefix courses of 1500 yen with appetizers and desserts. The menu composition was interesting. Raw spring rolls and Terrine are on the top of the appetizer, or Vietnamese creation French? Although I thought at the beginning, it seems that Vietnam and French do not interfere with each other and assemble a dish though it is often seen.
So, let's taste both in your own combination. I chose the raw spring roll and the red wine of the seasonal Ezo deer stew.
恵比寿マダムは野菜のテリーヌと若鶏をチョイスしていました。さらに驚いたのが、そのボリューム!! 生春巻きは野菜がたっぷり巻かれているし、マダムの若鶏は山のように盛りっとしていて、さらに中にはチーズ入りという内容。1500円でこれだけの満足感はなかなかないです! 
Because I had a job, I did not drink it indeed, but I think that the product line of Van Natur (natural wine) is also fulfilling. How about everyone refreshing their feelings at lunchtime where plenty of natural light is available? By the way Incidentally I have not had a love affair with Ebisu Madam while eating. Yes, I will do my best.
