It is the first time in 11 years since 2008 that Illumination lights up on Dogenzaka. Approximately 285,000 balls, warm jump-in gold illuminations color the area around the station, which is bustling with “machibira-ki”.

The lighting period of the Dogenzaka, Hachiko Plaza, and Miyamasuzaka areas is from 17:00 to 24:00 every day until January 31, 2020.

The Shibuya River Street, a 600-meter promenade that runs from the SHIBUYA STREAM that opened last fall to the Shibuya Bridge, is also lit up.
