1月16日（水）放送のゲストは、昨年12月7日、渋谷ストリーム4階に新たにオープンしたサイクルカフェ＆ダイニング「TORQUE SPICE ＆ HERB , TABLE & COURT（以下、トルクと省略）」を運営する、東急レクリエーション ライフ・デザイン事業部飲食事業担当の吉井恵一（よしい・けいいち）さんと、増井翼（ますい・つばさ）さんのお二人。

" "Torque" of shop name has two meaning of rotation of bicycle and raising metabolism (rotation) of body, and menu to offer provides "good hood for body" sticking to "herb & spice".

Mr. Yoshii says, "I have nothing to do with bicycles so far," he said he had started bicycle commuting on his own since he became in charge of the store in April last year as a position to support bicycle fans. "My home is Kamata but I am commuting to Shibuya about 15 kilometers each way, which takes about 1 hour for one way," and said, "The body is refreshed and the sound cutting the wind is pleasant".
