A workshop "Let's Build the City of Shibuya with the Lego® Block" to Make "The City of Shibuya" with Legos is held at Shibuya Hikarie 8 / COURT on Saturday, February 16, 2019 with the children . Currently, prior to the event, we are recruiting participants from primary school children and parents.

The event, which was held for the first time in January 2018, included together with the children the redevelopment of the area around Shibuya Station, including " SHIBUYA STREAM " and " SHIBUYA SCRAMBLE SQUARE Phase I (East Building)" under construction. Was reproduced in Lego® blocks and received favorable reviews.

Like last time, the design and production of LEGO® blocks are handled by Mr. Ryohei Mitsui, who is famous as Japan's first LEGO® certified professional builder. The scenery around Shibuya Station has changed in the past year such as construction of " SHIBUYA SCRAMBLE SQUARE " and "Shibuya Fukuras (old Tokyu Plaza)" proceeding with the opening of " SHIBUYA STREAM " this fall. In this second workshop, Mitsui and the children will work together to build a “progressive form of the town in Shibuya” where construction is proceeding.

The event of the day is "Department of the morning" (9:30 to 11:15) of the pre-application system and "Part of the afternoon (Workshop - Distribution of the day tickets, free space etc)" that can participate on the day (13 o'clock It expands in 2 parts organization of ~ 17 o'clock). In "Morning Division", we will hold an event that allows children to enjoy the city creation with the free idea of children together with Mr. Mitsui with the theme of "Good thing if it is in Mirai's Shibuya". We have 15 pairs of parent and child (elementary school students and guardians), and in the case of a large number of applications, we decide participants by lottery.

On the other hand, in the afternoon section, in addition to a panel exhibit introducing space to play with LEGO ® block where entrance / exit is free and Shibuya station surrounding area redevelopment, Mitsui's workshop "Hachiko" and "Moyai statue" production work 1 time: 13:30 / 2 times: 14:30 / 3 times: 15:30 / 4 times: 16:30 each time 30 minutes, capacity 8 pairs), and the numbered ticket is 13:00 (1 2 times), 14 o'clock (3.4 times).
