The representative of the group is Mr. Ken Soba, an artist. He is a professional mural artist who studied mural paintings at Tokyo University of the Arts. So far, groups have volunteered to scribble and seal off Daikanyama, and as a project for the Shibuya Ward's new measure to prevent people from returning home, the graffiti on the side wall of Miyashita Park Harajuku under the JR YAMANOTE LINE elevated Activities such as removing
As part of the cleanup activity on this day, activities to erase graffiti on the building roof of Koike liquor store were held.
About 10 members gathered on the day. Under the guidance of Mr. Kaboshima, we will manually erase graffiti scattered inside the rooftop.
Even if you say "erase graffiti" in one mouth, there are various ways. Adjust the method of erasing by dropping paint with exclusive liquid, painting with paint from the top, etc. Depending on where you painted and paint used.
Some graffiti is difficult to fall down, there are times when you try to erase it by trial and error. In such a scene, the advice of "Advice by paint seems to be better," or advice that "Graffiti over there has disappeared well in this way" also makes communication among the members vigorous.
There were graffiti painted in dangerous places without footing this time, there was also work with a lifeline.
No matter how hard work it is, the atmosphere during work is very gentle.
Participants commented that "I am happy to gradually become beautiful, I am deeply absorbed in work when I notice it," "I feel a sense of accomplishment after having disappeared cleanly", "Opinions that it is fun to work while talking with others" I heard that the members participated while having fun.
After several hours from the start of work, the number of graffiti has gradually decreased.
And at the time when the day was also inclined a lot, finally all the graffiti were erased and it was finished.
Mr. Koike, a building owner who also participated in erasing graffiti, said, "Because the attention around this station has also increased with the redevelopment around the station, I was worried about graffiti but I was giving up halfway, so today I am pretty beautiful It was very impressed that I was touched. "
Mr. Kaboshima expresses graffiti erasing as "art returning to zero".
The scene at the beginning was when I looked up from the ground on the roof which wore "Zero beauty". The sense of accomplishment and fulfillment have been conveyed from the members' words leaking out with a smile.
心も動かすClean&Artの活動。この団体そして活動そのものがアートだと感じました。
