11月に入って、今年も残り二ヶ月弱。そろそろ仕事も今年一年のまとめを意識するシーズンに入ってきたのでは？社会人一年生として、世の中の仕組みを肌で感じた人、「先輩」としてだれかを指導する立場に悩んだ人、独立してオリジナルな自分のやり方を磨いた人、それぞれ立場は違うけれど、「よく頑張ったね」と胸を張れる一年になるよう、残り二ヶ月無理しない程度に精を出したい。そしてそんなそれぞれの現状を振り返りながら、思いを馳せるのは来年以降のこと。人が生きていく限り、仕事をしてお金を稼ぐというのは現代日本のほとんどの大人にとって生きるのと同じくらいに大切なこと。来年以降、その大切な時間がより楽しく、わくわくするものになるように、どんな戦略を立てていくのか、一度立ち止まって考えて見る時間を設けてみるのはどうだろうか？ 今回は、渋谷ヒカリエ8/で開催予定の企画から、「仕事」をテーマにしたイベント・展示などを紹介。行政・企業・NPO・個人など、幅広い場所での働き方の様々な「中身」をかいま見て、自分の未来を思い描くヒントにしてみては？

7 days to meet new ways of working
"Tokyo Work Design Week" is an event that aims to create a new future from diverse relationships by exchanging ideas and tips related to "new working style" and "future company". Shibuya Hikarie as the main venue, events related to how to work are held simultaneously and frequently in various places in Tokyo. The theme for this year's first event is "ARE YOU READY FOR THE FUTURE OF WORK?". There will be talk sessions and workshops with 30 or more guests appearing, a “Networking Party” drinking party to talk about “how to work from now on”, and a free information center for work experience programs that can be considered as “Kidzania” for adults It is. Creation of new work through art / design of people with disabilities
Good Job! In the project, we aim to create new work in society with people with disabilities, using "art × design" as a key word.
This exhibition introduces products born out of cooperation in different fields, such as expression of companies and welfare facilities, local industry and person with disabilities, and a mechanism to create it. Designers and companies who seriously face the manufacturing are encountering expressions rich in individuals with disabilities and are born into attractive products. I want to feel the moment when new encounters and work are born beyond the fields of art, design, business and welfare.
