More fun Shibuya! People who work, learn people, play information site for people

Kiraku

The ramen boom may have calmed down a bit (?), but there are still various shops opening.
Whether it's the soup or toppings, the clothes, or the interior design, it's fun to go to these kinds of shops to find new tastes, but sometimes you just want to go back to the basics, don't you?
Kiraku, located in Shibuya's Dogenzaka, is such a shop. A long-established store that I have heard somewhere in 1953.
We received basic Chinese noodles (650 yen).
Tokyo ramen with a clear soy sauce flavor... but fried green onions add an accent to the flavor, sweetness and texture. It's great that you're sticking to the basics without overdoing it.
A taste that makes you feel nostalgic. It's nice to have this combination that you can eat in Shibuya.
