With the increase of visitors from home and abroad, "Resolving regional issues" for the cost and human burden of solving the problem of waste and maintaining the landscape in the city of Shibuya and the maintenance of infrastructure such as security as the number of visitors to the street increases. It is said that it will play two roles, "Fiberplanning". Specifically, planning, producing and selling the original shopping bag "SHIBUKURO" with the "Shibuya Ward official recognition" tag instead of disposable plastic bags, and returning part of the revenue to Shibuya Ward It will be used to solve regional issues.

The design of the bag seeks cooperation from creators who are related to Shibuya, and works with a wide range of companies, groups, and events to promote the creation of products that convey the appeal of Shibuya. In addition, creative director Natsumi Sato participates in the planning of the project as a general supervision, and will develop new initiatives from Shibuya in various ways.

The first plan is the Casio computer G-SHOCK · BABY-G and DAZN, and the second is a collaboration with SHIBUYA TSUTAYA, which has a store at a scrambled intersection in front of Shibuya Station. In addition to developing events and workshops linked to the sale of SHIBUKURO, the company also plans to operate a pop-up store.

There is a limit to covering all regional issues with tax revenue. If it is possible to achieve profitability by building a business model based on the licensing business of "SHIBUKURO", and solve the regional issues and foster the city brand that will bring out the attractiveness of Shibuya, that would be one way.
