Once in Yoyogi Park during GW for 2 days, touching the charm of the country and Cambodia you want to visit

An outdoor event "Cambodia Festival 2019" that touches Cambodian culture will be held on Yoyogi Park Outdoor Stage and Event Plaza on May 3rd and 4th.

「訪れてみたい世界遺産」の上位に挙げられるカンボジアは、一度行ったら忘れられない満足度の高い国として年々旅行人気が高まっている。2015年からスタートした同イベントは在日カンボジア王国大使館とカンボジア王国観光省が協力する、日本とカンボジアを結ぶ唯一の大型イベントである。5年目を迎えた今年のキャッチコピーは「Camboia:Kingdom of wonder」とし、伝統文化のみならず、不思議と魅惑がたくさん詰まったカンボジアの“いま”を伝えるイベントとして展開。GW中の来場者数は、約10万人を見込む。

The venue will be roughly divided into two by "main stage" and "booth". On the main stage, other traditional dance troupes that are said to have originated in the 9th-15th century Angkor era, and popular bands "Dark storm Band" that receive support from the younger generation of Cambodia, perform live performances, etc. Performances of traditional martial arts "Boccatao" are also held.
At the booth, more than 70 stores will be open, including Cambodian home dishes prepared by Japanese people that are easy to eat, as well as general goods that offer the local atmosphere of Cambodia.

A valuable opportunity to experience Cambodian culture, a country of wonders and charm. Please visit Yoyogi Park during the GW.
